Please acknowledge that strictly no smoking indoors and pets are not allowed either. The villa is not suitable for those with walking difficulties as it does not have wheelchair access.
Please don't consume any food in the rooms. This encourages rodent infestation in the rooms ie. rats, mice, cockroaches etc.
Guest access
No visitors.
Guests have access to the entire Villa except the Security guards living space at the gate.
You have the privacy of the whole Villa during your stay. You don't have to share with any other guests.

Check-in after 2.00 pm.
Check-Out by 10.00 am.
Our cleaning staff comes on duty a bit after 10.00 am and please vacate the Villa on time to allow staff to prepare the Villa for new guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
Host-required security deposits of US$500 upon arrival.
You’ll only be charged if there is damage to content in the Villa, and we have to make to repair or replace the damaged items. we will communicate with you before this will occur.
